Culminating with a New Eleusis Evening Celebration of Life with music, art, and rituals around the fire. Consists of a Celebratory Diner followed by Hybrid parallel evening presentations, activities indoor and outdoor rituals.

Legal Psilocybin-assisted visionary inquiry Expert Ceremony

We envision bringing together for this event Expert Representatives from all directions for all relations with specific relevant expertise, as participants.
The intention of the Inquiry is to expand the consciousness through dream incubation with a psilocybin-containing truffles ceremony, which is legal in the Netherlands.
We aim to bridge ancient and modern approaches with this psychedelic-assisted ceremony, having a clear focus on problem-solving and vision quest approaches to existential questions of humanity and all relations.

We have rented the whole venue for this event, which comes along with an all-inclusive high-quality organic full board catering caring for a holistic healthy experience for body, mind, and spirit and all our senses, with food from their organic farm with optional choices of meat, fish, vegetarian, and vegan for the lunch and diner buffet, and snack and coffee/tea breaks in between.
We are in the birthing process of a new renaissance, including the psychedelic renaissance. This first Multidisciplinary Hybrid Psychedelic Council invites us to join forces and to co-create diverse future projects by intertwining global representations and local initiatives with peaceful, compassionate, courageous activism to birth a New Eleusis through Earth Stewardship.
The Hybrid Symposium and Legal Psilocybin Expert Ceremony intend to evoke pathways of awakening the Sacredness inside and outside of us, where Nature, art, and psychedelic science, technology, and spirituality, are united in the search for new evolutionary developments for humanity.

As an artistic invocation serves the purposefully composed artwork and logo transmitting metaphorical meanings.
The core symbols include the grandmother spider interweaving Mother Earth with the Temple of the Peoples – depicted as a sacred circle of hands.
The psilocybin-containing mushrooms and their roots (truffles) represent one example of the ancient and modern application of mind-altering substances in specific settings in various cultures and times.

Birthing an Ancient Future - Multidisciplinary Psychedelic Council consisting of a Global Hybrid Symposium June 2, 2023, and a Legal Psilocybin Expert Ceremony June 3-4, 2023, Greater Amsterdam Netherlands, is the 5th International Symposium of the EUROTAS Global Transpersonal Network organised by EUROTAS Board Member Dr. Regina Hess, Netherlands.
EUROTAS was founded in 1984 in the field of psychology, consciousness, and spirituality by a group of practitioners and researchers from different countries. For 22 years, annual international conferences have been conducted, including global symposia to gather the community and promote a transpersonal vision in therapy, education, research, culture, and society.
EUROTAS emerged from a more European-focussed to an international members organisation that is expressed in the add-on to the name since 2019. The EUROTAS Global Transpersonal Network is a global meeting hub for transpersonal experts and communities. We currently have hundreds of individual members, including EUROTAS-certified professionals and accredited organisations, from more than 30 countries.

From Amsterdam Airport to Delft Delft can be easily reached: From Amsterdam International Airport Schiphol to Delft by car 48 km about 35 min, direct Intercity train 40 min, or order a taxi or Uber.

No, the ceremony will be in a different location, one hour from Delft and one hour from Amsterdam. The Retreat Center is integrated into a sacred land Nature Reserve providing deep interaction with Nature, spacious outdoor rituals with all elements, and a safe, peaceful ceremonial space in a house and with accommodation. The full board provides a solid grounding through organic food delicacies that are freshly crafted, including meat options from animals carefully hunted on the land, along with vegetarian and vegan options.
The address details of the venue are provided for selected registered participants. The location is about one hour from Delft and one hour from Amsterdam. A shuttle is organized from Delft Saturday late morning to the Retreat Center and on Sunday, after the closure a Shuttle to Amsterdam for your safe travels onwards. You can book these shuttle tickets through the event webpage once you are registered.

Meet the Team

Regina U. Hess, PhD, Netherlands, Host/Organizer, Board of Directors, EUROTAS Global Transpersonal Network
Dr. Regina U. Hess lives near The Hague, Netherlands, and works globally. She is a clinical psychologist from Germany and holds a joint Ph.D. in transpersonal psychology (USA) and embodied phenomenology (UK). She is a body-centered Gestalt psychotherapist, creative therapist, transpersonal psychotherapist, and supervisor. Regina has a broad experience in humanitarian fieldwork and research on global health issues. She is the founder/director of the ASE World Forum. Ancient Wisdom meets Modern Science, a specialist in working on the transformation of pre-and perinatal, individual, and collective/transgenerational transcultural trauma and the integration of the therapeutic-shamanic use of altered states of consciousness, with a specific focus on integrating Deep Ecology/Deep Feminine Principles, including sacred intimacy and sexuality, and women’s councils. Regina is faculty at international universities such as the Alef Trust, UK, and transpersonal educational institutes and is an independent researcher. Dr. Regina U. Hess is on the Board of Directors of the EUROTAS Global Transpersonal Network and the International Transpersonal Association and is Vice President of the European Transpersonal Association. She is co-founder of the international Transpersonal Research Network and the EUROTAS Transpersonal Research. She is a member of the Swiss Medical Society for Psycholytic Therapy and the psychedelic psychotherapy training team and co-developer/facilitator of the MIND European Foundation for Psychedelic Science ‘Beyond Experience Integration Program.’ Regina recently founded the global initiative Birthing an Ancient Future - Temple of the Peoples, Multidisciplinary Psychedelic Council - From and to all Directions – For all Relations.
